How do we contract with PPC?
It’s quite simple. Once you have contacted PPC we will begin by confirming network coverage and the setting of a timeline to acquire additional affiliates, if necessary. To do that, PPC will need either the zip codes or the names of the cities in which clients are located. Of course, if you have specific network requirements (especially, if required by your customer accounts) that should also be included.
PPC does not need to know the names of your client companies (to verify eligibility) since clients will not be contacting PPD directly. However, the employer’s identity may be necessary if there are special procedures or precautions associated with the account.
PPC will need to understand your authorization process, the number of sessions initially approved, your point(s) of contact, preferred method of communication as well as anything else needed for the timely and effective servicing of you clientele.
Once all of the paperwork is completed and a start date is set then PPC will be at your service!
