Counseling

Our counseling providers are experienced and are licensed in the state where they practice. Most have had extensive experience providing direct EAP services. All of our therapists are familiar with short-term solution-focused therapies.

Please note:  We continually offer training to our providers in EAP core competencies and standard practices. We educate our therapists regarding the EAP modality and the unique dynamics of communication and case management. You will find this to be a value-added component in maximizing your staff’s time.

CISDs

We can provide both Mitchell and Nova model trained mental health providers when and where you need them. Our affiliates are familiar both with the specialized needs of law enforcement and first responders and the dynamics of employee related tragedies in the workplace.

We have conducted defusings, debriefings, general CISM training, peer team development and policy formulation for both local and national companies over the last 20 years throughout the United States. This collective expertise stands behind the Critical Incident Network we have assembled to service your member companies.

Training

Our network's extensive background and experience can have skilled presenters knowledgeable in the area of concern available to you for training and on-site commitments.

Contract program orientation, workshops, compliance trainings, and other scheduled or urgent on-site needs can be handled expertly by our network. We can easily work with your training materials and formats to ensure a consistent service standard to client companies.

We have numerous program materials in stock for a variety of topics and can provide a touch of customization to your standard offerings if this is desired. You may want to ask us about creating program material for your continued use.

SAP Evaluations

We can provide SAP evaluations under all of the D.O.T. modalities (FAA, USCG, RSPA,  FTA, FRA and FMCSA) on your behalf where your contracts require it.

All documentation created during the process will be forwarded to your office for approval  prior to release.
